We need a visual storyteller who can shoot, edit, and produce high-quality photos and videos for social media, websites, advertisements, promotional campaigns and series of professional, recorded educational courses designed to deliver critical technical training.

We require a versatile Multimedia Producer capable of handling the entire production pipeline from high-definition filming and professional lighting to advanced post-production and instructional motion graphics. The goal is to create clear, authoritative, and engaging content for a professional audience.

Key Responsibilities

          1. Photography:

Capture high-quality images for campaigns, products, events, and branding materials.

2.  Videography:

Film and produce compelling video content, including promotional videos, reels, interviews, event coverage and educational courses. Manage all aspects of the shoot, including professional camera operation, multi-point lighting setups, and high-fidelity audio capture

3. Editing & Post-Production:

Edit raw footage into structured, high-impact training modules. This includes color grading, multi-cam editing, and audio mastering, using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.

4.Creative Direction:

Collaborate with marketing strategists and designers to develop visual concepts that align with brand goals.

5. Content Optimization:

Ensure visuals are optimized for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, ads and internal servers

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in photography/videography (agency experience is a plus).
• Software Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Creativity: Ability to conceptualize and execute unique visual stories.
